  1. 1.Lower Impeller Speed: The mixer has a lower impeller speed, only 106 revolutions per minute (r/m), compared to the typical 400 to 1000 r/min of a submersible mixer. This slower speed, approximately 10 to 20% of the typical speed, is tailored to meet the specific process requirements of the bio-carrier tank.

1. Keeping filler in suspension
One of the main tasks of the MBBR agitator is to keep the filler in suspension in the sludge tank. Through continuous and uniform agitation, the packing can be evenly distributed, preventing packing deposition and ensuring that biofilm grows uniformly on the surface of the packing, thus increasing the efficiency of organic matter degradation.

2. Promote oxygen transfer
The agitator helps distribute air evenly throughout the sludge tank, increasing the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the sludge. Adequate oxygen supply is critical to the aerobic biodegradation process and can significantly improve pollutant removal efficiency.

3. Uniform mixing of sludge
