High Speed Centrifuge Turbo Blower in Wastewater Package Treatment Plants Application
1. Aeration: Microorganisms need oxygen to degrade organic matter during wastewater treatment. By injecting oxygen into the treatment tank or reactor, the high-speed turbine blower provides an adequate supply of oxygen, which promotes the growth of microorganisms and the degradation of organic matter, thus improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
2. Mixing and Stirring: In the process of wastewater treatment, mixing and stirring is an important step to keep the suspended matter in wastewater evenly distributed. The air bubbles generated by the high-speed turbine blower can effectively agitate the wastewater, preventing sludge or other solid particles from being deposited at the bottom, and ensuring that the microorganisms are in full contact with the organic matter in the wastewater.
3. Gas transfer: In the process of wastewater treatment, some gases, such as hydrogen sulphide, are sometimes produced. High-velocity turbo blowers can be used to extract these gases and send them to the gas treatment unit for treatment, thus reducing odours and environmental pollution.
4. System Ventilation: High-speed turbo blowers can also be used to ventilate wastewater treatment systems, helping to remove harmful gases generated during the wastewater treatment process and keep the system running normally.
5. Low Energy Consumption: Compared to traditional blowers or centrifugal fans, high speed turbo blowers are usually able to operate at higher efficiencies, thus reducing energy consumption and saving energy costs.
