The vibrating aerator consists of a high-pressure injection molded corrosion-resistant, high-strength nylon engineering plastic chassis and a special synthetic rubber diaphragm with a long service life. The aerator of anti-fouling can lower part of the component with the function of a discharge outlet, can carry out automatic cleaning between the diaphragm and chassis, chassis of the baffle plate can guarantee the air evenly distributed around, diaphragm design into a real role in check valve, to ensure that the air flow stops, reduces the crumbs and liquid into the airline to very low levels. The lugs on the chassis are filled with specially shaped grooves in the diaphragm to reduce the loss of the diaphragm by high-pressure air, and all the cross-lines of the chassis have suitable radi to eliminate fatigue and external stress fractures under all service loads.
